Short Description :

- The role is part of the Corporate HR organization and is a member of the HR G&I Leadership Team

- Supports the HR G&I Head in driving G&I Initiatives for current year as well as formulating the future roadmap.

- Leads the HR G&I agenda to strengthen the HR value scenario of Hire to Retire, leads monthly audit reviews

- Reviews the reports and submit summary report of compliance / progress.

Long Description :

Job Accountabilities :

- Custodian of HR value scenario of Hire to Retire & facilitate Business Process Management & Change Management framework as per centrally defined methodology, tools & practices including ARIS.

- Leads the HR Policy & Process Architecture, Framework & Methodology finalization & implementation

- Drive PMS framework and institutionalize the same across HR function. Designs and operationalizes the Governance Architecture framework.

- Drive the HR G&I agenda alignment in collaboration with the Group G&I team.

- Supports HR G&I Head to define and institutionalize the - 3 Lines of Defense- mechanisms for HR Function

- Develop, detail and implement the HR DoA as per RMS framework. Facilitate the HRLT in institutionalizing HR DoA as one of the mechanisms to execute First Line of Defense

- Risk Identification and Assessment - Develop and communicate risk reports to management and provide visibility to the HR Business Risk & Assurance Committee (BRAC).

Risk Response - Facilitate the development of risk response action plans and controls design to address identified risk factors

- Monitor & track the progress of HR AOPs across Central, Business, Functional and Manufacturing HR Teams by accurately reflecting the project status.

- Supports the HR CoE's / Project Managers on guidance related to project management for driving their key AOP Projects.

- Implement the Group Risk framework in HR function, institutionalize BRAC functioning and facilitate the HR Risk mitigation through HRLT.

Risk monitoring & reporting : Facilitate self-verification processes for control design and operating effectiveness by the line management (through GRC Risk & Control portal) to ensure they are performed efficiently and effectively. Analyze and publish outcomes from self-verification to management and BRAC and ensure corrective actions are taken.

- Leads the monthly review meetings for discussions on audit progress and audit findings.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

- MBA or equivalent in relevant field.

- 10 -15 years experience
