Reliance Industries - Manager - F&B Quality Control

This role is for Reliance JioGarden

JioGarden, located in the heart of Bandra-Kurla Complex area of Mumbai, is an aesthetically designed recreational garden with water fountains, jogging track and eco-friendly infrastructure. It also has a well-designed Car Park which can accommodate more than 2000 cars across the two basement levels.

The JioGarden has over 13,000 sq. m of the turf area which is well lit up with 8 high mast lights. This is complemented by app. 5000 sq. m of landscaped area and 25 water bodies / fountains. It is also well equipped with an advanced fire protection system, well placed emergency exits, public address and security systems in place.

It is a perfect venue for Music Concerts, Award Ceremonies, Exhibitions, Wedding / Receptions, Sports, Corporate functions etc. We have hosted Skrillex, Slash, Above and Beyond, Bollywood Music Project, Sunburn-David Guetta concert with up to 9000 attendees. Various health and fitness related events such as Radio Mirchi Monsoon Marathon, Neon Run, Nike Fun Run etc. and other prestigious events such as Puma Do you (a Guinness world record event) and Lakme fashion week have been also been organized here.

Key Responsibilities :

Manager F&B Quality Control, for Inspection and Monitoring Food Business operators, Explore Food Safety, beverage safety, and food health

- Handling Food QMS across the entire range as per HACCP principles.

- Online and offline monitoring of quality control of food products.

- Documentation of Product specifications.

- Sensory evaluation of current portfolio.

- Internal and external testing, trainings and audits

- Perform quality checking of incoming raw materials, online checking and various parameters as per FSSAI of prepared finished goods

Who can apply:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in food quality control

- Supervision of Mass preparation (upwards of 1000 Pax ) at 5 star hotels / banquets will be preferred

- High interpersonal, communication & leadership skills

- Ability to build strong working relationships internally as well as externally
