- Drive marketing efforts for Indian Football, Mumbai Indians and properties that are managed by/housed under IMG Reliance.
- Work closely with JV partners to define marketing and communication objectives for the properties.
- Define the brand vision, brand position, brand architecture for all properties
- Work with various stakeholders and the ad agency to execute marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation and creation of advertising materials, distribution in various media, measurement and analysis of impact.
- Develop, deliver and maintain marketing activities and communications in accordance with the marketing goals.
- Work with the media agencies to define frequency/reach objectives for the marketing campaign and achieve them
- Develop and implement, high impact and innovative consumer initiatives and activations to drive interest & engagement across markets.
- Work with the Market Research agency to monitor brand health.
- Work towards strategy development for brands/properties
- Develop world class brand guidelines that captures the essence of the brands/properties.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing initiatives.
- Work with the digital team to ensure complete alignment of objectives and communication
Skills required
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- 10-12 years of professional marketing experience. Experience of working in an advertising agency is a plus
- Keen and avid follower of sports.
