Reliance eCommerce - Specialist - Talent Acquisition (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Source top-of-funnel leads for software engineering, product, and Design openings based at Bangalore.
- Partner with recruiting and hiring managers/teams to calibrate on cross-functional requirements throughout the company and manage candidates through initial screening and interview process.
- Develop and iterate on outreach strategy including identification/sourcing through various channels, and effective selling of value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Provide metrics and analysis of sourcing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical sourcing or agency recruiting experience.
- Expertise construction Boolean searches across different sites/mediums (Google Search, LinkedIn, Github, Entelo, etc.).
- Ability to correctly target and identify leads based on various criteria to match Confluents highest priority openings.
- Goal oriented, metrics-driven sourcer with ability to fine tune process and methodology to optimize response rates.
- Previous experience with one or more industry standards applicant tracking systems: i.e. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency using MS Office and/or Google Apps suite of applications.
