Reporting to : CEO

Job Location : Bangalore

Overall:

- Part of the Core leadership team who will work closely with the business head and other functional heads in defining and executing the B2B ( B2C) business model in the F&L Domain

- Responsible for building a consumer centric, lean, frugal and highly effective marketing function and to help build a differentiated B2B marketing road map on the platform through content and engagement led campaigns/programs

- Lead offline and online ( later) Marketing programs, Consumer research, PR (Customer Testimonials) and co-marketing programs with Alliance/partner brands

- Own Annual Marketing Strategy and execution with ROI Metrics in line with Organization goals.

Detailed Key responsibilities:

- Work with the Management team to define Annual AOP, Marketing Strategy, Organization Structure and Budgets.

- Support the Sales function at an overall Brand level and at State levels, own and deliver on go-to market plans.

- Own Trade and Events at a National and State level.

- Own and execute Promotions, manage Content strategy and annual calendar of activities.

- Joint Owner of CRM and SRM strategy and execution plan.

- Own Alliances programs with local and national partners and internally with Jio and retail platforms

- Develop and execute on ATL & BTL marketing programs and activities based on ROI/Competition Analysis.

- In stage 2: Develop and execute ROI based digital programs

- Conceptualize and execute on AD/Inventory Monetization programs as a revenue stream

- Help define the Product Roadmap from a Marketing perspective

- Define - Consumer/Customer Archetypes- to create Private label Strategy & create Private labels by category/business unit as per merchandising strategy and be the custodian of the Label

- Deliver on Marketing Metrics, including return on investment on campaigns and effectiveness of responses.
