Job Purpose:
- Development of Investor Relations strategies, policies and implementation of investor relations programs with a focus on institutional shareholder base.
- Acts as a Company spokesperson and supports corporate communications with local/regional/national financial press and news-wire services.
- This role would be responsible for explaining Business strategy, action and programs to Investors. Brings in the investors viewpoints while revisiting the company’s strategies and business plans
Key Deliverable:
- Ensure that the following deliverable are completed every quarter and annually.
- Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for Annual Report required to be presented to the Board
- Business & Financial FAQs
- Investment reports
- Earning call with analyst/investors
- Responsible for Institutional Investor/analyst interactions & query resolutions
- Design and assist in developing investor related content for the organization & Investor Community website
- Participate in Investor Calls & represents the company in investment conferences
- Manage the declaration of financial results
- Valuate the EV (Enterprise Value)/EBIDTA on quarterly basis.
- Provide Updates on Financial models, Competitor & Valuation Analysis on quarterly basis to all the business.
- Creating weekly reports and real time updates for the top management.
- Provide adequate information & assistance to the CEO/CFO for Board/Audit Committee meetings.
- Responsible for providing information to the Top Management on various investment and capital market decisions.
- To bring EV/EBIDTA valuation in line with peers of +/- 10% supported by financial performance of the Company.
- Provide competitive analysis of performance of competitors in terms of financials including KPIs based on quarterly results.
- Regular interaction with Analyst and key investors including FIIs, Mutual Funds, Domestic FIs to provide RCOM growth story including query resolution with objective to increase their participation.
- Partner with Legal, Corporate Communications, and Shareholder Services to coordinate and execute all aspects of annual meeting(s).
- Cultivate relationships with sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers, and industry contacts (regulatory and technical).
Required Competencies:
- Good judgment enabling the provision of sound advice in difficult areas of finance, mergers & acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
- Strong planning and organization skills with proven ability to manage large/complex projects and to synthesize and summarize voluminous information into executive presentations.
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships. Experience in a high-visibility external role where judgment, tact, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Personal authority and integrity with proven ability to establish relationships and exert influence at the organizational level. Independence, robust ethics and resilience
- Must be a strategic thinker and deadline-oriented

- financial liaison to industry associations, angel and private equity partners and investors, research firms, brokerage firms, news/trade publications, and vendors

- Interacts directly and regularly with various internal resources such as corporate senior management, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Communications

Years of Experience:
- 18- 25 years of relevant work experience of which at least 7 to 8 years should have been in leadership role.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA + Engineering from reputed colleges
