Position is based at Corporate Office - Mumbai and will report to Deputy CEO  Details of the Job:  - Industry and Competition Analysis - Profitability, Financial strength etc.  - Expense Analysis and Reporting  - Cost Reduction/Rationalization Initiatives  - Streamlining and standardization of Business processes  - Drive business projects (on need basis)   - Assist Deputy CEO in analysis and various strategic initiatives  - Develop presentations for Senior Management  - Stay up-to-date with the industry regulatory updates  - Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends  - Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization; Coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities  - Periodically review of business and providing inputs  - Initiate and drive key projects  - Support Deputy CEO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination  Behavioral Competencies:  - Strong analytic ability and problem solving skills  - Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment  - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines  - High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders  - Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships  Role Specific Competencies:  - Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).  - MS Office: Strong PPT skills  - Candidate with BFSI experience preferred  Prior Work Experience:  - MBA/PGDM from one of the premiere management institutes with 1-3 years of experience in similar profile.
