Reports to: Head - Digital Business  Purpose of the Job:  - Responsible for Digital initiatives for the B2B (Corporate) and B2B2C (Business Partner led Consumer business) initiative to achieve organizational goals at RCAM (Reliance Mutual Fund).  Key responsibilities:  - Work closely with HOD's to build the vision, define the objective and create strategies & action flows for the digital arena.  - Lead development of annual plan.  - Work closely with external agencies to develop high impact initiatives which meet the business objective.  - Build alignment with internal stakeholders.   - Monitor the fast changing digital environment and adopt best practices at RMF  - Coach direct team to enhance their digital skills.  - Agency consolidation - Lead Process to re-align creative agency based on RMF requirements and the capability and performance of individual agencies.  - Disseminate information and help build skills and capabilities for entire RMF communication team.  - Leads the conceptualization, development and deployment of New Digital initiatives focused towards B2B and Partner community with the clear focus to garner more business from the existing and new opportunities.  - Work towards improvement areas in the existing Digital initiatives and to move existing offline processes/ initiatives towards Digital ones with the clear mandate for increasing the business and reducing the costs.  Behavioral Competencies:  - Good in written and spoken communications.  - Creative thinking.  - Good Interpersonal Skills  Role Specific Competencies:  - Substantial knowledge of Digital Space preferably in a the BFSI space in general and investment environment in specific having a track record of managing successfully launches and pricess improvements in the digital space   - Team Management.  Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:	  - Graduate/MBA with min 5-7 years of relevant work experience.  Only relevant candidates apply
