Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:-
- Ensure Proper Revenue recognition
- Analysis of AR and Reporting / daily / weekly and Monthly.
- Overseeing timely and accurate invoicing.
- Coordination with Traffic team and Collection team any issue in billing and issue of credit / debit notes
- Compliance like SERVICE Tax / TDS reconciliation.
- Monitoring mailers on a weekly basis to all the sales team & also ensuring follow up is done for the same to ensure collections plan from the team on time.
- Monitoring the process of generating & dispatch of overdue letters to all the customers
Financial Controllership
Entertainment / Service Industry preferred
Good Communication, Team Player, Sound accounting Knowledge, MIS, Good in Excel, working knowledge of power point, Knowledge of TDS and Service Tax
Flexibility to travel
