A quick learner with a very less response time to a problem should be good with his team and be very solution oriented.   Requirement:  - At least 8 years experience with a proven history of managing high impact brand campaigns  - First experience managing a small team.  - Outstanding writing skills and experience in building content to assure customer acquisition and customer retention.  - Proven experience in crafting successful Branding campaigns  - Experience designing Social Media strategies and impactful tactics  - Experience buying, optimizing, and managing media buys  - Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Excellent understanding of online B2C marketing techniques  -Experience in SEO, SEM and Social Media Campaign Management  Key Responsibilities:   - Manage a growing Brand Marketing Team responsible for the top markets (USA, Australia, Indonesia, Hong kong, Singapore etc).  - Drive profitability through optimization of targeting, pricing and creative testing  - Translate marketing plans and global content into effective content marketing practices that can be implemented on media, digital or print campaigns  - Write copy for text-based advertisements and work with internal creative to test and improve ad design  - Manage email campaigns and grow our email list  - Identify and build strong partnerships with key media outlets, influencers and complementary brands.  - Represent Marketing team at weekly or monthly meetings with top management and relay information to team from the Management.  - Manage weekly reports on spend and metrics
