Client - A leading Investment Banking Company  Role Title : Release Manager  Role Purpose : To plan, schedule and track various releases for the Online Retail space  Financial:  - Ensure all releases are within effort and schedule tolerances  - Ensure all releases are delivered within budget  Customer:  - Increase Customer/Stakeholders satisfaction  - Deliver Releases to agreed commitments  - Provide cutting edge technology solutions to business  Process:  - Build Process Conformance  - Contribute to improvement in Productivity - Reduce Release cycle times   - Follow Agile Methodologies for Project Management .  People:  - Knowledge Transition & Interaction with stakeholders across campus  - Knowledge sharing with peers.  Skills, Knowledge and Experience:  - 8+ years of relevant application management experience  - Atleast 5 years of experience in project management of medium to complex applications.  - 5+ years of managing challenging stakeholders across different geographies - Aus, NZ and Asia (totally 32 countries)  - Excellent Negotiation and communication skills  - Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan  - Ability to prepare dashboards, cost calculators, volume spreadsheets, daily reports.
