Relationship Manager - Wealth - Corporate Banking

Client:is one of India's leading banking and financial services groups, offering a wide range of financial services.

This is a corporate banking profile role.The RM will also manage personal investments of proprietors and CXO level people.

Location: Nagpur and Nasik

- This position will be responsible for creating better synergies between the Emerging Corporates Group & Wealth Management division. It will be a one stop shop to provide a holistic financial solution to high net worth individuals in terms of Investment advisory & Banking solutions.

- The incumbent will be on the wealth platform and will be responsible for Personal Banking & Business Banking.

- Acquisition of business for the region through open / direct channels

- Acquire New Clients for the firm through investment mandate or banking products

- Identify customer needs and provide them with right financial planning assistance and asset allocation with the help of our Investment Advisory services

- Build and deepen relationships with existing HNI Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet

- To sell Banking products (Treasury - FX, Asset based( Fund/ non Fund) / Liability, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance)

- Be able to work with colleagues of other divisions of the bank to Cross Sell products and to service the clients

- To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence

- To understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and anticipate possible problems

- To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments

- Maintain high caliber client service. Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes

- Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions

- Adhere to all company processes and policies, and carry the Kotak brand through developed functional and behavioral skills

- Overall 4-6 years & experience in acquisition and/ or relationship management

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
