Formulating effective sales strategies, identifying areas for sales promotion, identifying untapped markets and ensuring penetration in order to generate business.
- Mitigating the risk of delinquency by doing a thorough credit check at the initial stage, by ways of proper documentation, field investigation and personal discussion
- To be able to handle team and source business for either secured lending (LAP/ mortgage/term loan etc.) OR unsecured lending ( working capital, business loan, project finance etc.)
- Ensuring effective management of team.
- Motivating the team and generating business through them by identifying and tracing untapped markets in order to gain market share.
- Should have the knowledge of local market.
