Client: Prominent private bank

Role: RM SME

This position will be responsible for creating better synergies between the SME & Wealth Management division. Acquisition of business for the region through open / direct channels

Role will be to:

- Acquire New Clients for the firm through investment mandate or banking products

- To sell Banking products (Treasury - FX, Asset based( Fund/ non Fund) / Liability, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance)

- Be able to work with colleagues of other divisions of the bank to Cross Sell products and to service the clients

- To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence

- To understand client business models, trade related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and anticipate possible problems

- To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments

- Maintain high caliber client service. Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes

- Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions

- Adhere to all company processes and policies, and carry the Bank’s brand

- Identify customer needs and provide them with right financial planning assistance and asset allocation with the help of our Investment Advisory services

- Build and deepen relationships with existing HNI Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet

Desired Skill:

- Over 4+ years experience in acquisition and/ or relationship management

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong Organizational Skills

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Experience in financial services field

- Teamwork and Collaboration

- Relationship Management

- MBA/ CA/ Post Graduate
