Role: Retail Structured Finance - Relationship Manager

Level- Manager / Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship management with existing clientele of NBFCs & ARCs

- Developing relationships with new NBFCs to meet changing priority sector requirement of the Bank

- Portfolio buyouts via securitisation and direct assignment route- End to end closure of transactions including origination of deals, internal committee approvals, negotiating legal documentation including Information Memorandum & final disbursement

- Developing new structures to suit clients & regulatory requirements

- Analysing regulatory changes and help in forming Bank's response to the same

- Coordination with rating agencies, auditors, legal, etc for ratings and performance review of new and existing deals

- MTM monitoring of the existing and new deals within budgeted numbers

- Managing standard assets sell down portfolio of the Bank - handling relationship with investors, coordinating rating reviews, internal audit queries, reset of credit enhancement, portfolio monitoring, provisioning, trust collapse, etc

- Managing retail NPA sell down portfolio of the Bank- MTM monitoring of invested security receipts, coordination with rating agencies, handling customer queries, etc

Key Activities

- Monitoring monthly payout reports of respective relationships

- Tracking the portfolio performance and taking requisite actions for maintaining portfolio performance

- Pre disbursement deal audit and post disbursement audit for the clients

- Review of financials, processes of relationships

- Conducting internal risk audits for Direct Assignment deals

- Portfolio risk reviews with relevant internal control groups

- Any other adhoc activity as per the requirement

Educational Qualification: MBA Finance or CA with 1-4 years of finance experience
