- Work effectively with customers to deepen relationship with bank. Building long term relationships with sustainable growth in revenues
- Know the customer's business to proactively provide financial solutions
- Acquisition of new preferred customers
- Providing complete solutions to clients by catering to their daily banking needs & answering to their various banking queries, services
- Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with all portfolio customers such that 125 customers are contacted every month and entire portfolio is contacted at least once every quarter
- Recording complaints as per the specified process and resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TAT's
- Customer interactions are duly updated on CRM Next
Financial Acumen
- Portfolio Management
- Risk analysis & Diversification
- Financial Planning & Advisory ; Hedging Methodology
- Closely studying & suggesting investment patterns, i.e. capital allocation in different asset classes and capital rotation as and when required
- Understanding of diverse facets of financial planning, including investments, and banking
- Balance Sheet & Cost Benefit Analysis
Revenue Generation-
- Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
- Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or COEX or Asset Coordinator for optimal sales support
- Sales across all product segments-TPP, Assets, Cards, HSL.etc
- Achieve assigned level of Income target and maximize profitability of the portfolio
- Monitor large amount movements
Market Analysis-
- Up to date comparison/information of Bank products and other similar available products in the market
- Technical & Fundamental analysis of stocks, assessing resistance & support, proper analysis whether it is undervalued / overvalued
- Closely monitoring market sentiments
- Up to date knowledge on government policies and its impact on Corporate, Individuals, NRI- s/Expats
- Up to date info of Forex market
