Relationship Manager - Private Clients Group (7-15 yrs)
Position Title : Relationship Manager - Global Private Clients Group
Location: Delhi
Objective : To develop and manage relationships with High net worth clients in order to provide them with investment products and services in line with their risk profile.
Key deliverable:
- Relationship Management - effective client relationship management to originate business & service client needs for Private banking Products.
- To meet the revenue and product mix targets of the bank .
- To continuously track market trends and customer requirements and help the product team in designing new products based on the feedback received.
- To have specialized knowledge on the :
- Private banking Product Suite
- Indian Stock Market
- Indian Mutual Funds
- Diversified nature of Indian Real Estate market
- Fixed income and alternate assets classes like Hedge funds, Structured products
- Overall understanding of the Banking & Financial Services Market and especially in context of India.
Education Qualification: MBA from tier 1/2 institute with 7-12 years experience or Graduate with 10 years & above experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication and presentation skills negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
- Strong networking, sales and relationship management skills
- Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills - Ability to speak with conviction using data and logic.
- Analytically: Ability to break the complex issues into smaller more manageable chunks, ability to look at trends and interrelationships, ability to understand the underlying needs of the clients.
- Process orientation: Ability to manage information in structured and systematic manner.
