Job Description:
- Build the business, deepen relationships and managing key and potential HNI customers
- Utilize portfolio management to lower attrition and maximize revenue to achieve sales target
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate relationship enhancement recommendations through financial needs analysis
- Provide financial planning & Investment Advise to ensure the highest levels of service
- Ensure current and prospective customers have a consistent, superior experience with the bank
- Comply to various company compliance policy in selling
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from reputed institutes with at least 2 yrs of experience in the BFSI sector managing acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers.
- Strong sales sense with good selling and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of financial planning; ability to address financial needs of more sophisticated target customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of the economic trends, events and their potential effect on customers' finances
- Excellent communication skills, High energy level, aggressive, can do attitude and capability of performing independently under pressure with high efficiency
