Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Job Description:
- The primary responsibility of RM is to be responsible for sales and business development by building relationship with the client/ brokers and thereby achieve the given targets and grow within the organisation.
- New account acquisitions and retaining existing accounts.
- Promoting and Selling employee benefit products- Group Term Life, Group Gratuity, Group Superannuation and Group Leave Encashment products to the corporates.
- New account acquisitions and retention of allocated existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospects/clients/brokers to maximize the business
- Cross-Selling to existing accounts and non-life accounts.
- Lead generation for work site marketing and credit life product.
The compensation would be in line with market standards.
- Individuals having experience in relationship management with corporate clients for AMCs / Financial Instruments / Group Insurance would be preferred.
