About our Client - Our client is a leading US multinational financial services firm. They offer services across a variety of businesses including retail banking, investment and corporate banking as well as private banking.

Job Description - As a Relationship Manager based out of the Bangalore office, you will be reporting to the South India Head. As part of the team that manages relationships for MNC subsidiaries, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a portfolio of over 20 multinational clients across sectors including IT, ITES, Engineering, Auto & Consumer durables

- Responsible for new client acquisition in the Bangalore market while deepening existing client relationships

- Work very closely with the Parent and Regional Account Managers based out of global locations to provide seamless solutions to the client that are in line with their global strategies

- Understand industry trends to apply appropriate guidelines and policies for credit review, ensure that all required credit documentation is up to date and maintained

- Identify unique opportunities to structure innovative solutions and work with product partners to cross-sell the full range of products offered by the bank

- Work closely with product partners across cash management, fixed income, capital markets and retail banking

The Successful Candidate - The right candidate will have 5-7 years of Corporate Banking experience across products with experience specifically in the South Indian market. You should have strong knowledge of all core banking products and services with significant experience in cash management, trade and treasury products. You should demonstrate an understanding of capital markets products and be able to identify DCM and ECM opportunities. You should be familiar with credit risk policies and have a basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis. You would have worked with MNC clients in your current role and should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with teams in various geographies. You should have strong negotiation and problem resolution skills and have the confidence to manage relationships at various levels.
