Candidates handling corporate clients in BFSI industry pref

To manage end to end needs of corporate clients

1,Sourcing corporate clients for the bank

2. Product knowledge, updation as per P&P. 100% compliance to P&P.

3. Negotiation skills, good understanding of the products that the Bank can offer in terms of pricing, tenor, terms and conditions.

4. Target composite business from clients including deposits, forex business, Trade finance products such as LC/BG/Bill Discounting, Forex Loans besides INR loan products.

5. Meeting all the budgeted targets - number of accounts, volume, and revenue.

6. Collecting all required document before starting to process a proposal.

7. Judging any new case before starting to process credit proposal.

8. Collecting all required document to present in the deal meeting for fresh credit proposals.

9. Prepare credit proposal for credit limit for new clients.

10. Preparing the presentation in the deal meeting and the proposal after the deal meeting approval.

11. Collecting all required document to present in the deal meeting for timely renewal/review of loan accounts.

12. Preparing the client visit report and submission to the higher authority.

13. Make sure all loan documentation is completed before drawdown.

14. Taking proper approval for any concessions to customers (including deferral, special offer/s and conditions).

15. Preparing the modification for any existing customers, if required.

16. Maintaining customer relationship. Provide prompt courteous personalised and professional service to the customers.

17. Avoid customer complaints.

18. Resolve customer complaints immediately and effectively. Bring such cases to the notice of the higher authority.

19. Helping other departments to finish transactions with the clients. Example deferral list, negotiation with clients, whenever arises.

20. Handle each credit account on a case to case basis, depending upon the seriousness, sensitivity and complexity of the account. Bring such cases to the attention of the higher authority. For example, shift the overdue customers to watching list (early warning).
