a. for Construction Finance Funding
b. For Investment Banking deal making in Real Estate sector
c. To act as gate-opener for Investment Banking team by building strong Real Estate Developer network
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Relationship Manager for originating business for Construction / Real Estate Finance Vertical.
- Investment structuring and documentation
- Credit analysis of real estate development funding proposals for projects across Bangalore
- Display Market Intelligence of that Sector. Keep up to date with trends and deals in the Sector.
- Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
- End to end responsibility from sourcing to monitoring
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate space in the region
- Ability to face the challenges with winning spirit to achieve the goals
- Relationships with developers / promoters. Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate
- In depth knowledge and experience in handling and appraising real estate funding proposals.
- Displays financial modeling, ability to data assemble, analytical skills and evaluate data to help make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations at desired level.
