Relationship Manager - BPO

Have an opening for one of leading BPO in Chennai and they have position for Relationship Manager.

Purpose of the Role:

Channels and large distributors in the MF Industry are an important stakeholder for CAMS. The Relationship Manager is the advocate of Channels and Large Distributors within CAMS. He/she has the responsibility for the following to achieve Stakeholder Delight.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the SPOC for key stakeholders in Channels/Large Distributors

- Understand their evolving needs, ideate solutions to address their needs and work within CAMS to create and provide such solutions

- Get regular feedback on services provided by CAMS

- Handle escalations and exception situations through articulate communication of the problem, coordinate RCA and follow-through to resolution and communication back to the Channel

Experience and Competencies required

- Experience in handling relationship across multiple stakeholders in B2B relationships

- 4-8 years of experience.

- Articulate, Relationship oriented, Solution-focused

- Preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
