Position : Relationship Leader / Relationship Partner - SME

Location : Ahmedabad, Pune, Baroda, Bharuch, Gandhidham, Goa, jaipur, Jodhpur, Nasik, Panjim, Surat, Valsad

Job description :

- Experience in SME market specializing in asset business is the primary requirement.

- Acquisition of New-to-Bank Business Banking relationships with a turnover of upto INR 100 crores through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach.

- Sourcing of new clients from market for Working Capital & Term Loan.

- Handling of the entire process from sourcing till disbursement

- Credit Appraisal of the clients

- Interaction with Risk and Credit team for clearance of proposal

- Disbursement of Limits

- Monitoring of accounts

- Relationship Management

- Renewal of existing portfolio accounts.

- Enhancement of existing relationship.

- Strong skills in balance sheet analysis, financial ratios, security documentation .

- Well networked in the local Business Banking market, preferably having worked in similar geography and profile.

- Knowledge of MSME clients acquisition for Banks.
