Relationship & Credit Manager, Corporate Banking Group
Carrying out end-to-end Corporate Banking Role which includes :
Sourcing new business :
- Finding new corporate clients post due diligence; Meeting senior management / CFOs to understand the financial requirement of the company and proposing customized financial solutions.
Performing Credit Analysis :
- Analyzing historical financial/physical performance of the project/ company; making financial models for analyzing the project/company's projected financial/physical performance;
Preparing Term Sheets :
- Finalizing the terms and conditions of the financial assistance being given;
Preparing Credit Appraisal Notes :
- Making detailed credit appraisal notes and getting pre - approval from internal support groups (like credit risk, compliance, etc.) before taking the case to Approval Committee which comprises of Senior Management/Directors;
Presentations :
- Making and then delivering proposal presentations to Approval Committees;
Documentation :
- Making Facility Documents and getting them approved from the internal legal team;
Disbursement/Limit Setup :
- Coordinating with back office teams for disbursing the financial assistance; or setting up the financial assistance limits within the system.
Growing existing business :
- Always on lookout for growth opportunities within the existing portfolio of clients by providing them with customized financial solutions in order to meet their growing financial needs.
