Job description   - Managing the trade marketing calendar   - Visibility agenda for all channels and driving it in the region   - Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives in coordination with NSDM, Activation Manager and ASM’s.   - Execute display and merchandising guidelines in EVERY channel; develop display aids, and local vendors in region.   - Analyses opportunities and chinks in portfolio and channel performances at area and regional levels, and develops intervention programs to address the same.   - Energize FF through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploiting the market potential.   - Key Driver for launches and promotions in the region.
