Regional School Relationship Manager - School Assessment (6-8 yrs)
Lead a team of School Relations Managers to provide services in schools and be an interface with school stakeholders.
- Hire, train and develop the team members.
- Conducting and leading trainings for schools
- Program Integration - Admin and Academic
- Program feedback
- School retention
- Institute and refine systems, processes and digital initiatives that drive scalability of Product
- Retain and grow engagement with existing customers
Required skills and experience:
- Customer Service: 6-10 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in service /customer relations environment
- Team management: At least 2 years as a team manager with an ability to lead, coach and mentor the team
- Excellent communication skills in English and respective regional language.
- Ability to work in entrepreneurial environment without supervision. Should be a self-starter and task focused.
- Customer empathy: Should understand customer's pain points and should be able to pass on the feedback to the product/ sales team immediately for action.
Desirable attributes:
- Prior experience of setting up systems/processes/teams
- Technology savvy
- Experience in dealing with school specific stakeholders like school management, teachers, etc.
