We our hiring for our Client Organisation, which started operations in the year 2006 is an effort to provide a one-stop platform for un-organised sector workers to obtain services which are currently available and accessible by formal sector workers. Today, it stands as a separate sustainable entity which is exclusively working towards building an ecosystem that will empower the informal sector workers – estimated to be about 400 million –and provide access to this workforce for economic development. From skill development to livelihood enhancement, it runs several programs in collaboration with government, Corporates NGOs etc.

It creates sustainable benefits for workers in the informal sector by offering them a platform to access services. It provides financial inclusion, social protection and welfare services to un-organised workers, builds capacities of workers and markets their services to customers which include corporates - Retail, Infrastructure, Manufacturing etc. - , Government sector and non-government set-ups too. Based out of Bangalore, It is is supported by National Skill Development Corporation of India, besides other funding and knowledge partners.

Role Description:

Regional Sales Manager

Education - MBA/PGDM – Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- This role involves handling some of our clients, direct sales, growing the business in the region.

- The candidate would need to get acquainted with the business offerings and establishes sales objectives by sales plan.

- He/ She would need to work with his/ her team to identify large potential enterprises for the services offered and penetrate the account to grow business.

- Setting Sales targets, overseeing and guiding the overall business generation from the target geographies.

- Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, by preparing and completing action plans.

- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to Senior Business Development Manager, corporate marketing and sales operations.

- Directs the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.

- Attending/ participating/ demonstrating services for events organized by the sales team.

- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- Responsible for planning and achieving the monthly target both in billing and collection, and is also responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking.

- Develop and implement all sales and marketing activities and maximizing the business opportunity in the key areas assigned.
