Regional Sales Manager-Giant MNC Tyre  Minimum 10 years and up to 15 years of experience in front line sales and managing a dealer network in the below mentioned industries.  - Lubricants   - Auto Components  - White goods/Durable   - Batteries/Invertors   - Paint   - FMCG  - Luggage Industry  - Any other technical selling industry   - The candidates should have an experience of managing and developing a team for at least 2/3 years (6 to 8 people in team minimum).   - Handled a business of 100 to 150 Cr per annum with some financial objectives too.  - Must have handled big clients.   - The most important attribute is - Clarity of thought -  - Having a direct selling to customers is a plus.   - The ability to work in a technical environment / technical sales is desired.  - Experience in a multi brand environment is essential.  - Giants products are demanding follow-up, rigor, good technical ability, knowledge of cost product, gain trust of the customer is key.  - Analysis of his region (market, actors, competition)   - Achievement on Regional PA   - Control of key accounts of his/her region  - Management of Sales forces (call methods, training, productivity, IT Tools)  - Centralization of field information   - Build and implement the necessary action plans, taking into account the multi-LP points resulting from the partnership audits, in order to increase the professionalism of the customer's business.   - Address all the customer's transverse questions and manage the flow of communication between Companys staff (field and central)  - Control of key accounts in the region, Customer calls, Exchanges with the other entities active on these accounts Negotiation/sale   - Implementation of commercial policy   - Facilitation, assessment and training of the sales force, Accompaniment in the field, Facilitation of regional meetings, Facilitation of sales actions, Compliance with work methods, Definition of individual objectives   - Drawing up of training plans Development summaries and performance assessments   - Monitoring and productivity optimization of one's team   - Definition of strategies for targeted customers   - Present to the customer the Giant MNC's distribution approach methodology and the partnership programs   - Build and implement the customer professionalism action plans, taking into account the multi-LP criteria and ensuring that it is communicated to all parties involved and that follow up meetings are organized   - Ensure that the professionalism action plan produces quantitative results that are of value to the organization.   - Manage the elements of the contract including commitments, customer signature, renewal   - Ensure that all customer partnership requirements are met Inform the DDM/RSM team of all factors or issues that have an impact on the customer distribution approach   - Make sure all the customer's transverse issues are treated (Ex : Credit, billing, supply)   - Prepare periodic reports for the Central office regarding the state of the partnership and the customer's business   - Consolidate the market information (competitors, conditions, products, services, industry environment, Customer business) and regularly communicate it internally Is in charge of ensuring that Tyre dealers respect the rules of Company's brand usage by dealers Manual" without exceptions.
