Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler - IIM/IIT/FMS/MDI (10-17 yrs)
Incumbent would be responsible for:
- Appointing new dealers, evaluating their performance (business health).
- Network Planning: Roadmap development for best possible network (primary & secondary) coverage in line with business potential (present & future).
- Handling P&L responsibility of the region.
- Enhancing the dealer network in the territory.
- Raising the service standards of the company.
- Identifying new markets for coverage through network. Formulating, standard business models (feasibility, setup types), viable for varied markets.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
Educational Qualification :
- B.E. and MBA from Premier institute.
Work Experience : 10- 18 years.
Company Profile :
- Company is a leading player in 2 wheeler industry.
- Position would be based out of anywhere in West or South (Candidate should be open to relocate anywhere).
CTC range : 50-70 Lacs (No bar for the right candidate).
