Area of operation : Entire West India
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for General Trade business for entire West India.
- Ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accounts
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, conduct competitor analysis, keep abreast of market trends
- Monitor the performance of distributor within the area. Identify issue and take action to deal with them
- Responsible for revenue generation and margin management
- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's products
- Reach out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segment
- Regular meetings with smaller clients
- Management of CRM activities
- Forecast, plan and prepare orders
- Secure full distribution of company categories and items in all accounts in line with potential and brand strategies
- Responsible for channel sales forecasts
- Forecast, sell and sustain volumes across account portfolio to deliver sales objectives
- Increasing sales revenues
- Controlling own area's budget
- Budget planning and allocation for own area
- Performance Management of direct reports
- Work closely with the regional team on sharing best practices and leveraging the category insights to locally implement.
Requirement :
Education : MBA/PG in Marketing
Experience :
- At least 8 years out of which at least 3-4 years in the sales manager capacity, worked in FMCG industry.
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Team Management is Must.
