Regional Sales Manager - Project/Key Account/Retail/Channel Sales - Building Material (10-15 yrs)
Position: Regional Sales Manager (North) - Project/Key Account Sales & Retail Sales- Building Materials
Role:
- Provide quality leadership for the Company with respect to Project/ Key Account as well as retail/channel Sales in the North Region
- Strengthening dealers / retailers network and Generate Retail Sales through the Channel
- Generate sales revenue and profitability through key accounts such as architects, builders, corporate and consultants, contractors
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking
- Analysing the market potential & opportunities in the market
- Drawing up sales strategy which is aligned to the marketing plan and ensure delivery of above strategy in the medium term
- Handle a team
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Generate leads and follow up on projects for selling performance based solutions
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
Requirements:
- 10-15 yrs in business development/ sales in the building products business including ceramics, Sanitaryware, lighting, electrical, HVAC, Wall Panel, Ceiling Solutions, Building Materials related industry in the Northern market
- Should ideally be in a Regional Sales Manager position with experience in managing a team
- Should have experience in Solution Sales as well as Channel Sales
