Company Profile :

- Our clients are a start-up (in business for last 3 years and well-funded) fast-growing technology organisation providing automation cloud-based software for the pharma chemists.

- They have been selected for the Microsoft Accelerator Programme for Start-up Ventures.

- They have established sales in Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu and are now expanding rapidly in Mumbai to be based in Mumbai and reporting to the Head-Sales.

- Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

- The position is expected to close by end-November.

Job Profile / Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be a hardcore Sales person with Pharma/ retail background

- Have 6-11 years of sales experience

- Should have handed Primary/ Secondary Sales and have a good touch with retailers/ Wholesalers or distributors in the Mumbai market

- Flair for using the functional experience of pharma retail and branch out to software/ B2B/ Concept Sales

- Should be self-starter, basically with sound field knowledge and contact

- Should be able to recruit & build/lead his team

KRAs :

- Achieving the monthly sales targets through direct as well as team contribution

- Identify Key opinion leaders; Create enablers & influencers and the eco-system for Tarnea

- Give demo; establish value proposition and close the Sale with key prospects

- Diligently managing the unqualified and qualified leads in the CRM

- Engaging with the existing customers to provide feedback about the product.

Key Skills :

- Aggressive sales attitude

- Excellent communication and local language knowledge

- Can adopt a consultative selling approach

- Meets customers on the field,

- Good experience in field sales / b2b, b2c, concept selling (software selling is desirable though not essential)

- Flair for concept/ Software Selling

Annual CTC offered : Rs.10-13 Lacs plus incentives
