About our Client - Our client is a new South Asian consumer durable company that has an innovative product range.They are focused on growing their business in India. They have been progressing gradually and need a strong online retail sales manager to stimulate and protract the retail growth for India.

Job Description - Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :

- Design and foster relationships with leading channel partner.

- Create annual plans and targets for the sales platform.

- Initiative creative sales schemes and plans for the eCommerce/distributors.

- Track performance and ways to optimize performance.

- Work closely with internal and external stake holders.

- Ensures activations incentives from Carriers are seamlessly implemented with the channel.

- Facilitates training for channel partners on new products and services.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a graduate with at least 5 to 7 years channel/distribution sales experience.You should have excellent communication skills with a strategic bent of mind.

- An ideal candidate would be some one who has had a proven record of developing strategic programs for various channel partners in the north and drive sales.
