We have an opening for Regional Sales Manager (TN & KER) based out of Chennai with a leading mobile point of sale (mPOS) & Payment Solutions Company. Please find enclosed a brief for the Same.

Exp: 10 to 15 yrs

CTC: 12 to 15 lacs

Reports to: Zonal Head / National Head.

Repotees: 10 to 15

Industry Preferred: Looking for Candidates from Merchant Services, Or Mobile Prepaid Industry.

Job Description :

Heading Two States (TN & Kerala) region for developing, managing and achieving overall Business Results,responsible for the P&L for the region. As Regional Sales Manager the individual will be responsible for defining and building the direct sales channel for the Region.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Result Areas :

- Own the P&L responsibility of the direct sales channel for the Region

- Design of sales strategy for the region, including the recruitment and training of the Direct Sales Force

- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- Track and report on sales performance and other key metrics; provide results and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications/ Experience :

- We are looking for an individual who has been involved with building a direct sales force team

- The ideal candidate would be one with a high internal drive to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

- An individual with 10 - 15 years of experience in leading large on ground sales force and with a background in merchant acquisition would be ideal

- Someone with experience in merchant acquisition at a regional level or has had the experience of working in a start-up environment would be best suited to the role

Key Competencies :

- Results Orientation: Able to consistently improve results in challenging and changing business environments and natural orientation towards measurements, numbers and accountability

- Team Leadership: Successful in leading and working with diverse teams in different environments to deliver superior results
