Prerequisite:

- Must have Leadership Qualities.

- Handling International Assignments Or Studied Internationally would be an added advantage.

- Excellent Communication Skills and presentation Skills

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.

Qualification: B.Tech (Mech / Civil/ Elect) & MBA (Premier Institute)

Years of Experience: 10-15 years’ experience of working into Sales Leadership role

Industry: Open to any industry background

Responsibilities:

Sales Management

- Responsible for steering and driving sales growth

- Strategizing for establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

- Identify market needs and trends networking with multiple stakeholders within the organization

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for each team member

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Market Intelligence, Working towards enhancing customer satisfaction to enhance our share of business and address penetration

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

People Management

- Develop and coach talent within the Sales organization and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline

- Manage a team of 3-4 Area Sales Managers as direct Reportee and 15-18 sales team members

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Skills:

- Strong people orientation

- Learning Agility, Good Communication and analytical skills.

- Strong in working with multiple stakeholder
