Job Specs  Position: - Regional Sales Manager  Reporting: - General Manager, India  PA Responsible :- Industrial Antivibration Solutions, Truck & Diesel solutions & Industrial Molded Components  Specific Duties and Responsibilities  Job Description  1. RSM will be responsible for sales & marketing of the product areas within the India region.  2. He/ She will grow existing key accounts business, whilst seeking out new business opportunities within the nominated markets.  3. Responsible for annual business plan & sales forecasting with co-ordination of global Product Area (PA) Heads & local senior management team.  4. RSM will build and develop a sales strategy to achieve business targets at key accounts. This strategy will be recorded in the form of a key account plan and will be integrated fully into the company.  5. RSM is authorised to and has responsibility for negotiating pricing, terms and conditions of sale and other commercial matters within the given boundaries issued by the company.  6. Work closely with program management and relevant design manager & application engineering teams on new & ongoing developments  7. Make customer presentations & conducting Customer Training programs to promote entire range of Products within Business Unit.  8. Monitor and report on competitive activity effecting key accounts.  9. Co ordinate activities within other business areas / locations to service key accounts.  10. Develop channel partners including distributors, agents etc in selective product areas  11. Promote the company products through various marketing & distribution channels including web based marketing.  12. Monitoring and management of customer satisfaction with customers.  13. Liaison with Operations on sales forecast & aligning overall capacity of factory in line with future sales opportunities.  Experience:  - 12-18 Years of Industry experience in areas of Sales & marketing or Product Management. Background in operations is preferred but not mandatory.  - Should have lead a team of sales or marketing engineers.  - MNC / Professionally managed Indian organizational experience.  - Experience in dealing with Indian Rail / Metro, Off Highway, Industrial, Truck/ Bus market OEM 's or T1 suppliers.  Qualification:  - Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Industrial /Chemical / Polymer/ Rubber Industry from a reputed college in India.  - Post graduate Management experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations  Location - Bangalore  Skills:  - Excellent communication both verbal & written, able to communicate seamlessly with colleagues in other countries on teleconf / emails etc  - Good understanding of technical & commercial requirements  - Should have professional negotiation abilities  - Hands on with very good analytical & problem solving abilities  Other Qualities:  - Willing to travel at short notice within & across regions.  - High on integrity with clean track record, reliable & long term player
