Regional Sales Manager - Major Accounts & Alliances - Contact Center Solutions (9-13 yrs)

Great Place to work, Leading Contact Center Solutions Company. Hiring Regional Sales Manager for the locations mentioned below.

Location : Bangalore and Mumbai ( Territory experience is mandatory)

Qualification : B.Tech with MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes

- Specialize in solution sales since the last 9 - 13 years, focused on the enterprise market in their respective regions

- Have had majority of their experience at cos. from domains like Product Based IT Software, IT Services, IT System Integration and Unified Communications

- Sold to enterprises majorly in a hunter's role (not based on RFPs or tenders). Farming exposure of upto 30% shouldn't be an issue

- Possess a strong background as an IC in the initial years of their career, followed by qualitative team leading exposure in the recent years

- Be excellent communicators with an outgoing personality and strong soft-skills. Command in English language is a must

- Excel at sales cycles ranging from 2 to 6 months of time and involving an avg. deal size of INR 10 million

- Be willing to take up a regional ownership role from a sales point of view and lead a team of 3 - 6 ICs at Manager/Sr. Manager level

Role and Responsibilities :

P&L Responsibility :

- The Regional Sales Manager would be responsible for the overall business growth for the region and drive the P&L for our Enterprises segment . One of the major responsibilities of this role would be to create and plan the short and long term strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground.

Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition & Cross Sell

- Handle the complete sales process for the product suite in the assigned region

- Identify, recruit, and nurture partners and resellers for building up the sales funnel through Network (ISP, TSP), System integrators, Consultants

- Maintain an excellent relationship with the clients in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quota/targets and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota.

- Manage multiple, complex sales cycles through Miller Heiman's Strategic Selling approach

- Team Management

- Responsible for managing a team of 3-7 individuals.

- Partner with cross-functional resources to drive deal collaboration

- Build and maintain the product knowledge and understand competitive landscape for product and services.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via the company CRM

- Become an expert in generating repeat business and account management of existing customers

Skills Required :

- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in areas such as software, business services, technology and telecom

- Strong cross-teaming skills and a team player

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Result-oriented and independent thinker

- Experience with Enterprise/Call Center Sales is a plus

- Willingness to travel across the region as per the requirement

- Preferred education: Btech or equivalent degree + MBA
