KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for business growth in region
- Responsible for team recruitment / retention / training & motivation to ensure productivity
- Cross sell to existing customers / soft collection
- Responsible for managing COA as per expectation
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Exp : 8 -15 Yrs
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
- Good communication written & Verbal
Salary Bracket : 15 to 20 lac
