Position : Regional Sales Manager-LED Light
Location : Gurgaon
Job Description :
Build & lead a sales team with business growth. Management of geographically disperse Sales team. Grow sales/market share in LED through retail lighting channels. Sourcing new leads. Assist in developing/implementing market plan. T&D of Sales team
- Develop the new Lighting Sales Channels (Specially for trade LED) by himself and coordinate with sales executives within the region
- Develop area strategy with PMG
- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations.
Planning & Co-coordinating the work schedule for sales team to achieve the goals and targets
- Interacting closely with architects, consultants and electrical contractors to promote our products and to increase the market share
- Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of channel partners; identifying and networking with financially reliable distributors/channel partners to achieve deeper market penetration.
- Maintaining Customer friendly interaction with the Intending authorities and top line executives in production, planning, quality, finance, maintenance and other departments.
- Evolving marketing strategies in line with the competitors approach.
- Preparation of quotes, Business Correspondence, Technical write-ups and detailed Management information systems.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and timely execution of the projects, billing and collection for the region.
- Visiting target / key market clients for studying requirements & making detailed proposal and highlighting the core benefits of the products.
- Close coordination with the Marketing Services, Quotation, and Engineering groups is maintained with respect to customer deliveries, requirements, and specifications.
