2. Demonstrated skills in ability to ideate, structure and develop value proposition & solutions for related products.

Sales & Business Development Function
1. To maintain projected fee income at budgeted numbers & undertake cross selling initiatives to achieve them.
2. Promoter Funding, Structured Loans, Broker Funding & Investor Funding spans across multiple asset classes; equity, MF units, Bonds & Assets
3. Achieve sales and income targets through internal and external channels
4. Ability to manage channel/branch relationships/ Sourcing direct Proposals
5. Support in building Distribution network of Branch and other internal /external channels
6. Responsible for acquisition, growth of the asset book and profitability for the specific region & ensuring that the delinquency is minimal.
7. Develop strategic concepts with regard to the Strategizing, formulating and executing plan for increasing existing penetration of LAS product
8. Work for book growth/ LAS fee
9. Maintain spread across transactions / cases in line with budgeted profitability
Client Relationship Management
1. Building & maintaining healthy relations with clients; ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for referral business and program enhancement.
2. Resolving grievances and product related queries to maintain a satisfied client base.
