Regional Sales Manager - FMCG

Designation: Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - Kerala

Location : Cochin / Trivandrum - Handling Entire Kerala

Experience: 8 - 13 years

A well known, leading and a No. 1 Edible Oil Brand(Consumer pack) holding No.1 market share in the South, is looking for young, Intellect and energetic leaders, willing to take challenges in Building the brand to the next Level. The company is looking at a major expansion wants to have a PAN India presence.

Responsibilities :

- Customize Sales and distribution strategies for specific markets

- Expand the market both in width and depth

- Ensure High level penetrations and service levels through channel of distributors

- Manage a team of ASM's and Sales officers and ensure all team member's achieve targets

- Target oriented: Excellent in Target Planning, Execution with regular reviews and action plan

Role expectations :

- Excellent team leader and front end the operations, lead by example.

Academic Requirements : Full time MBA - Reputed Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools

Max. Age Limit : 35 years

Industry Experience : FMCG Foods and Beverages

Channel Experience : Excellent in General Trade, Modern Trade would be an added advantage

Distribution : Should have handled mass distribution, experience in managing business in below 1 Lacs population towns

Geographical exposure : All Major Districts Of South Tn

Team handling experience : Already managing a team of ASM's or ASEs

Travelling : Min. 15 days in a month
