The Regional Sales Manager role will involve managing sales & distribution activities of the current product in the country including channel sales and setting up distribution Network .   - Its a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business in a fast growing origin.   Position Responsibilities :   - Managing sales & distribution business for the country / region   - Optimise utilisation of resources in the country to derive maximum capacity utilisation and efficiency   - Channel sales and creating a robust distribution network   - Ensure strict adherence to all the laid down systems and procedures without exception   - Growing the business as per desired targets of the management   - Counter party & Credit Risk Management   - Ensure high motivational levels in the team and get the team aligned with the overall Product & origin strategy   - Support the business head in various sales & business Development activities   - Capability building amongst local staff   - The role requires residing in upcountry locations and frequent traveling
