A FMCG Client of Primoris HR Consultants is looking for Regional Sales Manager for South

I represent a search and selection company, Primoris HR Consultants (www.primoris.co.in), based out of Kolkata with branches in Mumbai, Nashik & Banglore. We cater to high end requirements of premier companies.

About the Client - A leading and reputed Conglomerate

Designation - Regional Sales Manager ( RSM )

Location - Bangalore / Chennai

Role Purpose:-

- Responsibility for achieving sales targets within the region.

- Assists in formulating selling costs, sales targets, strategies, sales organization development, distributors’ satisfaction management

- Plans ,direct controls all sales initiatives and sales operations in rural & urban markets.

- Ensures accurate forecasting of demand for the. region factoring constraints and contingencies

- Develops robust dealer networks to facilitate streamlined flow of goods meeting consumer requirements in the region.

- Takes overall responsibility for executing the sales strategy for the organization at a regional level.

We are looking for sales specialists working with reputed FMCG / Consumer Durable firms ,with strategic and innovative bent of mind.

A dynamic person with exceptional business acumen and man management skills.

We invite applications from premier B School graduates (MBA Full time) with 10-15 years in Sales & Marketing and at least 7 years in a position of similar responsibility.
