Regional Sales Manager - Exports - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review distribution organization for each country, select and appoint new agents for the company's brands.
- Product study and explore possibilities to introduce and distribute our brands in new countries
- Identifying channel partners including Importers, distributors, dealers, sub dealer and guiding them to ensure good distribution.
- Business Development and market evaluation
- Responsible for sales and Distribution through distributors/Importers
- Establish and build effective relationships with distributors
- To plan and implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales and market share
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget including scheduling expenditures.
- Planning & implementing marketing /Promotional plans through Importers with coordination of Brand and sales team to enhance brand visibility.
- Analysing variations and initiating corrective actions.
- The job entails leading, training and motivating a team of sales / marketing professionals.
- Obtain market and competitor intelligence
- Able to travel frequently
Coordinate with key personnel within the company and management to develop, deliver and take effective field sales and marketing programs.
