Regional Sales Manager - eCommerce (4-15 yrs)
Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA
Looking for Regional Sales Manager for one of top eCommerce company at Jaipur and Hyderabad Location
Requisites :
- B2B sales experience
- High interpersonal skills,
- Ability to navigate through a tough discussion,
- High influencing skills
- Ability to handle a mid sized team and manage a $250 mn/year book
Industry Preference: Telecom, Insurance, New-age start-up in e-commerce
- Very strong experience in Sales & Distribution Channel Management, General Trade expertise required.
- The role shall be responsible for achieving Net Sales (WSP) and Retail sales targets for the Franchise channel, including objectives of endless aisle.
- Manage and drive commercial and sales operations to support franchise channel
- Percentage Criteria for Regional Manager and Branch Manager
- 70% in best 2 (10th, 12th and Grad ). But 3rd should not be less than 50,MBA is mandate
Qualification : Bachelor's degree required, MBA is mandate
