About our Client - The client is a global chemicals company dealing mainly with paints and coatings. The company has a presence in more than 90 countries around the world and is one of the fastest growing paint company. They are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager based out of Chennai
Job Description - Responsibility :
- Promoting the products through different channels and thereby helping the distributors to increase the sales.
- Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the distributor network so as to create a good base in the market.
- Develop and create awareness of the product and motivating the sales team of the distributor segment.
- Building and developing relationship with the customers and managing marketing activities.
- Budgeting and following competitor activities, and implementing the schemes given by the company.
- Credit Control, Budgeting, Relationship with the customer, Product awareness
- Planning and implementation
- Market size and requirement
- Communication and team support
The Successful Candidate :
- You must have a post graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in the Paints/Coatings industry.
- You will be required to drive sales for the Decorative paints division and leverage business potential through projects and processes and deliver full plans implementation in all Regional operations, in cooperation with Regional & local Retail, Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations.
