Requirements

- MBA from premium institutions having relevant experience of 6-7+ years in the fields of distribution, credit card sales /Premium banking Product sales, or working for a reputed organization in Retail.

- Candidate should be proficient in team motivation and management skills to get the results delivered.

- He\ She must possess complete idea about the territory assigned.

- Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Should be hardworking and highly developed with leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 10-12 members

- Deliver assigned target

- MIS Tracking and generation

- Should assist with recruitment , training and development of team to develop requisite skill sets for achieving defined goals

- Ensuring Data Security

- Purging of the data on a timely manner

- Manage LMS

- Seeks a deeper understanding of the client needs and expectations

- Follows through on strategies in a disciplined and consistent manner

- Inculcating a leading by example culture in the team

- Clearly Defining objectives to be achieved with defined time lines.

- Regular monitoring and feedback to control performance level
