Job Profile:
- To track competition with the help of channel partners & using the same for taking the strategic decisions.
- To achieve weekly, monthly and annual distribution targets.
- To design SD policies & processes for the effective performance of distribution network.
- To design MIS and business reporting to evaluate Channel health, Product category Management and inventory management at each level.
- Developing and expanding the distribution channel to enhance product reach in order to achieve desired business targets.
- Establishment of a chain of preferred distributors & retailers to increase distribution width & depth.
- Analytical and Market savvy skills for developing strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deepen penetration and reach of products in urban & rural markets.
- To monitor the performance of distributor and retailers (Channel Partners) and take corrective action.
- To ensure that the products are available as per the demands.
- To upgrade the capability of the billing team to handle higher complexity in a highly dynamic external environment.
- To effectively manage distributor network.
- The candidate will look after job allocation, deputation and transfer according to the skill fitment of employees.
- To build a team of inspired professionals for providing excellent services to the internal and external customers.
