The organisation is highly profitable with excellent brands and are Leaders in their field. Our clients are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years (they expect the turnover to grow to Rs.500 crores in next 2 years). Our clients seek to recruit dynamic & experienced RSMs at Pune & Delhi head the Regional Sales functions. The positions report to the CEO/Director-Sales. Job Profile :
The position involves heading the respective Regional Sales operations (West & North), leading large teams of over 15# sales professionals in each region and achieving targetted sales turnovers along with budgetted profitabilities.
The growth path for these roles would be at the National level.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduates (preferably MBAs) with 10-20 years relevant sales management experience in consumer products that go through the C&F/Distributor/Retailer channel e.g. durables, fmcg, paints, lubes, building materials, tyres etc.
- Must be currently handling at least 2 states or multiple branch locations and leading a team of at least 10 sales personnel.
- Independent and team worker; fast and analytical thinker with ability to interact with senior leadership, sales team, vendors and customers. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
